Such a odd dream

I had a rather odd dream last night and I have been trying to keep it fresh in my memory all day so I could write about it.

the dream started, I was out side a very large building and I had a blue suit on almost like a combat suit that they wear in the army except it was blue. I was armed with a hand gun, I was part of a team of 4 men each one dressed the same as me and with the same weapons.

We was all stood at the back of a small van and were preparing to enter the building. I didn't know what was in the building but for some reason it had been evacuated. There was something in the building that had killed people and was now roaming in the halls and corridors. No one knew what the thing was or exactly where it was in the building.

My Team was ready to go in. we ran to the entrance of the building.
The building it's self was a light blue colour and had about 18 floors each floor had a long corridor that was at least 100 yards long and about 8 doors on each side of every corridor.
The floors were very shiny and well kept. the walls were white.

for some reason I believe that the building in my dream was a hospital.
Near the entrance there was some steps the lead up the front of the building. I knelt at the bottom of the stairs and waived my team to head up while I kept look out till they got in front.
The three men who was in my team I had never met before. they went ahead and the last man said to me "Guarding the rear eh?" with a smile on his face. I turned and followed the men up the stairs I holstered my gun.

Next thing I know I am on one of the corridors. the rest of the team are just a few steps behind me we are trying to be quiet, we are looking for the thing that was roaming one of the corridors.
There is no sign of the thing that had killed the people and sent everyone running.

Suddenly there was a noise and I turned quick grabbing my gun from the holster and taking aim looking towards the far end of the dark corridor. There was a shape in the distance, it was a cleaning machine with a man on it. I turned and looked at my side and there was a open door.
There was a old robot laid in a bed in a room, it was not working.

I decided I would break away from the team and head down to the next floor, I opened a door that lead to a stairway that headed down to the next floor. There was no light apart from the light coming in through the windows. as I got a Little way down the stairs I could hear a banging sound, almost like footsteps but a lot heavier.

I got to the door that lead to the corridor I was to explore. I could hear something walking around on the corridor on the other side of the door. I opened the door and walked on to the floor. I could not see anything moving around on the corridor. I knew that what ever it was was on this floor, I put my gun in front of me looking down the sights and letting my gun lead the way.

there was the usual 8 doors on each side of the corridor and I could hear this thing walking around, it's feet making a banging sound and a scraping sound each time it took a stride.
One of the doors at the other end of the corridor flew open and I saw what it was that had done the killings. It was a robot about 8 foot tall, it was very big and appeared to be very strong.

I yelled out to my team but there was no answer, the robot heard me and started to head in my direction I pointed my gun at it and shouted "Stop or I will shoot" it just carried on walking towards me, I was a little scared. I shouted "STOP NOW!" it just carried on I opened fire I must have fired 8 or 9 shots that didn't appear to do any damage, I reloaded my gun and opened fire again now slowly walking backwards as I was firing at this thing, I thought to my self. Wait a minute I am not going to back down from this thing.

I stood my ground and kept firing and the bullets were starting to hurt it. I was bringing it down

Then I woke up.

what a odd dream.

What a day!

Well I say what a day or should I say couple of days I have had.

First let me apologise for not doing my tell a joke Tuesday, the reasons follow

I guess there is always some one worse off than me and really it's not been to bad but I guess it just seems like I have had a few days of not so good luck, let me explain why.

it all started yesterday well almost three days ago now, I was sat quite happy on my laptop playing on my game and waiting for my Jenn. Mom was walking around the room. Next thing I know the laptop nearly falls off my lap. I look around to see what the cause was, My mother had walked across the room and had tripped on the charger wire for my laptop which in turn yanked the computer.

I checked to make sure she was ok, she said she was fine and went and sat down in her chair.
I suddenly notice that the part of my charger lead that connects to the laptop was bent I took it out of my laptop to see if all was ok. I tried to straighten it and I felt something snap. straight away I knew something wasn't right. I plugged it back in to my computer , nothing hap pend. the screen didn't brighten and the battery indicator was showing that there was no charger plugged in.

My laptop was losing power, I tried wiggling the plug, still nothing. I was in a panic I took the charger plug out of my laptop and looked again. I have one of those chargers with the detachable ends, a Universal charger. I took the end of and to my horror the prongs inside had snapped.

I was so devastated, there was only 40% power left at this point. I sent a message to Jenn explaining what had happened. Then I decided I would turn of my laptop to save the last bit of power. unfortunately it seems that it took a good 15% of the power to shut down, there wasn't enough power to restart.

I tried to find another charger, I called my sister she had one but it didn't fit,
I tried the neighbours, still no luck I was out of options.

The next day = Tuesday, I had a idea. There was a electrical store about 3 miles from where I live, so I decided I would take a walk down there,
what happened the minute I walked out the door?
it started to rain and it didn't stop the entire time I was out there.

The weather reports had been predicting thunderstorms all week, but there was no thunder, just rain rain rain. By the time I had got to the store I was soaked. I got the piece that I needed fore the charger and headed back in to the rain and to the house.

I got back and dried off. I put the piece on my charger, which didn't fit to well. I plugged it in and !
Nothing . I had put the end of the charger on the wrong way. I turned it the right way and plugged it in. there it was, the little blue light that indicated my laptop was charging. I took it down stairs and turned on my computer.

Everything started up fine, that is apart from the Internet. I couldn't believe it. the bad weather had interrupted the Internet. I had to wait for the bad weather to pass before it seemed to start working right. about twenty minutes ago.

What a few days of bad luck. hopefully everything will be ok now.

Sassy 1993 - 2009

Sassy was My beautiful Jenn's cat

Sassy first came along in to the family when Jenn was just 5 years old.
So I guess you could say that they grew up together.
As children and pets grow up together they is usually a bond that forms between the two, this was the same with my Jenn and Sassy.

Sassy fast became a loved member of the family
Jenn has often told me story's about her.

Sassy would fall asleep at the bottom end of Jenn's bed
and in the mornings would wake Jenn up by licking Jenn on the face.

Sassy was also a proper lady in the world of cats
she would always sit up prim and proper.

and she had a little white spot on her chest and it was almost like she had a pendent on.

up until recently Sassy was a active cat , but she became very I'll
every day activates were becoming a challenge for her,
but Sassy been the cat she was persevered with her illness.

however Sadly it became to much for poor Sassy and she had to be put to sleep yesterday.

So this is for Sassy

We will never forget you

We love you Sassy

A first time prayer

Ok this is a day I will never forget , NEVER!
But in a good way

Today started with the Knock knock at my bedroom door and WAYNE!! WAKE UP = mom shouting me, it was time to go to church.
I have been a member of the latter day saints for about 6 months and I love it, I love the people I love my religion our religion.

Anyway me and mom went to church and everything was going well, I was saying hi to the people , Suddenly I feel a tapping on my shoulder, I turn around to see one of the church members.
He says to me "Wayne I was wondering if you could do something for me"?

Without hesitation I say yes thinking he was gonna ask me to help him grab something from his car or maybe just carry something for him. Believe me when I say that nothing could prepare me for what he is about to ask.

He asks me "Wayne Will you say that sacrament closing prayer?" again not realizing the implications I say yes, Straight after I realize what I have just let myself in for.
The sacrament closing prayer means I have to say a prayer for the entire church up on a stand in front of the entire church with every pair of eyes on me as I say it.
Before I can say anything els my name has been added to the list of speakers, to late to turn back now.

Lucky for me the sacrament wasn't until last thing, about 2 hours away I had plenty of time to think of my prayer. The pressure was on time was fast running out, all I had so far as my idea was the first thing that I was ment to say which is, Heavenly father.

Before I knew it I was in the second class and the last class before sacrament, I had still only the first line of my prayer. and before I knew it that class had ended, I now only had a half a hour to come up with a prayer. The bishop stood on the stand at the front and read out the list of speakers. Then he said it. Brother Wayne Webster will give the final benediction.

Time was fast running out I had to think of a prayer, I was so worried I was gonna mess up. I needed to get my ideas down on paper, kinda like a script.
I had no pen and no paper, as luck would have it I had my phone, So I used the compose message and within ten minutes I had come up with my prayer.

the speaker before me was now on the stand giving his speech, after him we would sing a hymn and then it was my time. I remember I was thinking how come when it's a normal day it seems that they talk for longer.

He closed his speech and we began to sing, as we was singing I could feel my nerves beginning to get the better of me, I was thinking to myself things like what happens if I mess up or forget my prayer. I needed to think of a way I could look at my prayer that I had composed on my phone.

I came up with a plan I would hold the phone in between my hands as I held them together that way it would just look like I was holding my hands together in prayer.

The hymn was over, this was it I walked to the front of the church and climbed the steps and walked to the stand and faced the people. all of them bowed their heads and the room went quiet I moved close to the microphone and put my hands together, my phone secretly in between my hands and I read out my prayer.

This was my prayer,,,

Heavenly father thank you for your blessings, watch over us as we travel home.
Keep us safe, Keep the spirit with us, help us to apply your teachings to our every day life, and Keep us on the path of truth and righteousness. I say these things in Jesus name, Amen

The crowd all said Amen and that was it, I turned to walk back to my seat and the bishop said thank you and that it was a wonderful prayer and he shook my hand, and the man next to him said the same and shook my hand.

I felt so relived it was over but I also felt a sense of achievement.

Wayne;s severe storm watch

This is I guess my way of trying to help people.
For years I have always been interested in bad weather such as Hurricanes and tornadoes.

Now I know the last thing anyone would want to do in the middle of a tornado is switch on their computer and read about it when it's about to blow over their houses.

This is more of a advanced warning kind of thing and mainly for hurricane or potential tornado's.

I'm not really expecting anyone to read this but however I will be posting my Wayne's severe storm watch whenever there is a hurricane or a really bad storm on the way.

Ok so here goes.

At the moment I have been tracking a weather system that is slowly moving north east just below the Mexican gulf and is gathering strength it is not yet organized enough to become a hurricane but is showing the potential to become one I will keep you all posted

Tell a joke Tuesday

Tell a joke Tuesday

Welcome to TELL A JOKE TUESDAY were you can tell your jokes or funny stories and make the world laugh.
Quick note= until further notice please leave your link in you comment thank you.

Here's my jokes and funny stuff for this week.

Funny airline quotes!

1. On a Southwest flight 245 (SW has no assigned seating, you just sit where you want) passengers were apparently having a hard time choosing, when a flight attendant announced, "People, people we're not picking out furniture here, find a seat and get in it!"

2. On a Continental Flight with a very "senior" flight attendant crew, the pilot said, "Ladies and gentlemen, we've reached cruising altitude and will be turning down the cabin lights. This is for your comfort and to enhance the appearance of your flight attendants."

3. On landing, the stewardess said, "Please be sure to take all of your belongings. If you're going to leave anything, please make sure it's something we'd like to have.

4. "There may be 50 ways to leave your lover, but there are only 4 ways out of this airplane"

5. "Thank you for flying Delta Business Express. We hope you enjoyed giving us the business as much as we enjoyed taking you for a ride."

6. As the plane landed and was coming to a stop at Ronald Reagan, a lone voice came over the loudspeaker: "Whoa, big fella. WHOA!"

7. After a particularly rough landing during thunderstorms in Memphis, a flight attendant on a Northwest flight announced, "Please take care when opening the overhead compartments because, after a landing like that, sure as hell everything has shifted."

8. From a Southwest Airlines employee: "Welcome aboard Southwest Flight 245 to Tampa.. To operate your seat belt, insert the metal tab into the buckle, and pull tight. It works just like every other seat belt; and, if you don't know how to operate one, you probably shouldn't be out in public unsupervised."

9. "In the event of a sudden loss of cabin pressure, masks will descend from the ceiling. Stop screaming, grab the mask, and pull it over your face. If you have a small child traveling with you, secure your mask before assisting with theirs. If you are traveling with more than one small child, pick your favorite."

10. "Weather at our destination is 50 degrees with some broken clouds, but we'll try to have them fixed before we arrive. Thank you, and remember, nobody loves you, or your money, more than Southwest Airlines."

11. "Your seat cushions can be used for flotation; and, in the event of an emergency water landing, please paddle to shore and take them with our compliments."

12. "As you exit the plane, make sure to gather all of your belongings. Anything left behind will be distributed evenly among the flight attendants. Please do not leave children or spouses."

13. And from the pilot during his welcome message: "Delta Airlines is pleased to have some of the best flight attendants in the industry. Unfortunately, none of them are on this flight!"

14. Heard on Southwest Airlines just after a very hard landing in Salt Lake City the flight attendant came on the intercom and said, "That was quite a bump, and I know what y'all are thinking. I'm here to tell you it wasn't the airline's fault, it wasn't the pilot's fault, it wasn't the flight attendant's fault, it was the asphalt."

15. Overheard on an American Airlines flight into Amarillo, Texas, on a particularly windy and bumpy day: During the final approach, the Captain was really having to fight it. After an extremely hard landing, the Flight Attendant said, "Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Amarillo. Please remain in your seats with your seat belts fastened while the Captain taxis what's left of our airplane to the gate!"

16. Another flight attendant's comment on a less than perfect landing: "We ask you to please remain seated as Captain Kangaroo bounces us to the terminal."

17. An airline pilot wrote that on this particular flight he had hammered his ship into the runway really hard. The airline had a policy which required the first officer to stand at the door while the Passengers exited, smile, and give them a "Thanks for flying our airline." He said that, in light of his bad landing, he had a hard time looking the passengers in the eye, thinking that someone would have a smart comment. Finally everyone had gotten off except for a little old lady walking with a cane. She said, "Sir, do you mind if I ask you a question?" "Why, no, Ma'am," said the pilot. "What is it?" The little old lady said, "Did we land, or were we shot down?"

18. After a real crusher of a landing in Phoenix, the attendant came on with, "Ladies and Gentlemen, please remain in your seats until Capt. Crash and the Crew have brought the aircraft to a screeching halt against the gate. And, once the tire smoke has cleared and the warning bells are silenced, we'll open the door and you can pick your way through the wreckage to the terminal."

19. Part of a flight attendant's arrival announcement: "We'd like to thank you folks for flying with us today. And, the next time you get the insane urge to go blasting through the skies in a pressurized metal tube, we hope you'll think of US Airways."

20. Heard on a Southwest Airline flight. "Ladies and gentlemen, if you wish to smoke, the smoking section on this airplane is on the wing and if you can light 'em, you can smoke 'em."

21. A plane was taking off from Kennedy Airport. After it reached a comfortable cruising altitude, the captain made an announcement over the intercom, "Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. Welcome to Flight Number 293, nonstop from New York to los Angeles. The weather ahead is good and, therefore, we should have a smooth and uneventful flight. Now sit back and relax.. OH, MY GOD!" Silence followed, and after a few minutes, the captain came back on the intercom and said, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I am so sorry if I scared you earlier. While I was talking to you, the flight attendant accidentally spilled a cup of hot coffee in my lap. You should see the front of my pants!" A passenger in Coach yelled, "That's nothing. You should see the back of mine."

The Driving Test

Funny Police Jokes

A professional juggler, driving to his next performance, is stopped by the police.

"What are you doing with these matches and lighter fluid in your car?" asks the police officer.

"I'm a juggler and I juggle flaming torches in my act."

"Oh yeah? Let's see you do it," says the officer.

So the juggler gets out and starts juggling the blazing torches
masterfully.

A couple driving by slows down to watch. "Wow," says the driver to his
wife. "I'm glad I quit drinking. Look at the test they're giving now!"

I hope you all like my funny stuff for this week.

Please feel free to join in.

I'm so happy

Boys and girls
I am a happy man. I have finally saved up and got a ticket to go see my beautiful Jenn. I have worked so hard to get the ticket.

The second I got back to England I started saving up and I had enough a few weeks ago, however a bill came through and I had no choice but to pay it. when I did I didn't have enough for the plane ticket. I was devastated. I had worked so long and hard to get the ticket and something like that happened.

I didn't let it get me down for long, I picked my self up and motivated myself to work twice as hard and save again for the ticket. just a few days ago now I saved enough and I bought the ticket and I am so happy.

My Jenn is my life and I will do anything to be with her. I love her more than anything and to me she is the most beautiful woman in the world
