Lockdown Day 6 and 7

well they have increased restrictions in terms of exercise, apparently now they have said that if your a runner  you should only run for 30 minutes, as well as keeping your 2 meter distance, if you walk it should only be for a hour, and again keeping a 2 meter distance from all others. it kind of sucks because I love to be able to go for a good run, usually about 6 or 7 miles and it takes me about a hour to complete. I guess there are two options, first I run really fast and complete 6 miles in 30 minutes, now I am fit but that is pushing it seen as my run is about 70% up hill, option 2 is set a timer and make sure I'm back within 30 minutes which is the more logical. Now more than ever I appreciate the freedom that we have , never before did I think about keeping my distance from everybody or only 3 items in a store and it makes me think, I cant wait till its all gone.

the prime minister  Boris Johnson has now got it and fair do to him, he is self isolating, he still gets paid a hell of a lot but he is self isolating and it seems that now more than ever it hits home, this is not just a virus for the poor or the homeless  its not some dirty disease that only people who abuse their bodies in some way get, no this is something that treats everyone the same.

In London they have got a new hospital up and running and it has been done extremely fast to help treat the people who are suffering from covid-19. now I'm not trying to point any fingers here, but where has the money for this come from when just 5 months ago, they couldn't afford it ? and what will happen to the building after its over with, the ones they built in china from what I hear are now empty because everyone has recovered or recovering.  how about putting it to good use, there are a lot of homeless people out there who could really use a warm bed and some food and  a roof for the night.

they have recently said that the death rate from Covid-19 is around 1.8% and no death is good, but lets switch that around for a second, if that is the death rate then that means that the recovery rate is 98.2%.

if we all just work together and stick to what we know we are suppose to do we will be over it way faster and lets hope that no one has to die. and when it is all over, perhaps it will make us realise just how important life is, that each person is so precious to someone and so should be to every one.

I would trade all I own for a person who I care about to live. the thing that scares me most is not that I would get it, but the people who I love would get it, I would be so worried if my beautiful Jenn got it, or my mother  or any of my family. so far we have all been lucky.

I know that the world will pull through and in months soon to come it will all return back to normal but until then, look after each other

recovered so far stands at 160,148.

Hopefully everyone who needs help we’ll get it.
