A Year in review

What a year 2013 has been, I always take a look back over my year, but usually in my head, but I thought if I put it on here then years from now I can always look back and remember just how my year went.

While I can't remember every detail I can remember the things that are important and have had a impact, and there are quite a few events this year that have changed they way of life that I was used to

Well the main thing is always going to see My beautiful Jenn, and Anybody who reads my blogs will know that mine and Jennifer's adventures are usually my main topic. We always have so much fun and I write all about what we do on here so that I may look back and remember and I also like to share our story so that others may read if they wish. I got to see my beautiful Jenn on three visits this year, for two weeks at a time. and I am already planning my next visit.

Every so often in life something will come along that will put a bump in the road, and this was one of those years where that happened. For 13 years I had worked at blockbuster video, I was very good at my job and very happy there and was well known not just by the company but by the customers. I had spent years building a trust with customers and getting to know so many of them very well.

I was nominated three years running for the king of customer care by the city , which is a very big achievement just to be mentioned in such a event.

As many will know Blockbuster went in to administration twice in one year, and me and 800 other staff were all made redundant. It was very sad for all of us who had lost their jobs and I found my self wondering just what I was going to do. I had not been out of work for most of my working life so far.

It seems that I was been sought after though, and I was plucked from been unemployed and was back in work just 48 hours after I had been made redundant, while it was because of my skills that I was been hunted for my present job, I consider my self very VERY lucky to have found work so soon after been made redundant. I know just how hard it can be to find work in today's society and even harder to keep a job, there must be a angel watching over me.

So I am now a employee of Austin Reed. A company that deals in suits of the highest standard, been royally appointed to make suits twice. The job is completely different from blockbuster, so I am having to learn from scratch, I never knew there was so much to a suit before.

I am learning that to sell a suit takes alot more skill than to sell a DVD, but however the basic principle remains the same..Customer care which I consider my self to be excellent at doing.
So its not all strange as it would seem at first.

Earlier this year, I nearly lost my sister, that was a big scare, but she is fully recovered now and is happy and having fun. she is learning to cope with her diabetes very well.

My family is all happy and doing very well also.

As for me and Jennifer, We are doing better than ever, and while we miss each other every day we are apart we are both happy and full of love. We are both looking to be together again very soon and also have been discussing me moving over to America to live there with her. it will take a while and lots of work for us, but it is something we both want and know that it will make us even happier. I will be writing posts on how it goes with this subject in the near future.

So that while been short is my year in review.

I know that I am so lucky in my life to have what I  have, there are people in the world who have far less than I have. I am always grateful every day for the things I have and the people who are in my life.

I think the lesson I will take from this year is that, nothing should ever be taken for granted, you should try to enjoy what you have every day because you never know just what waits around the corner, but hopefully and with luck it is something amazing and full of joy that waits for us all.

I wish all who read this a very happy new year. I will keep you all posted on mine and Jennifer's adventures and other little story's that happen in my life.

Thanks for reading.

November/December with my Jenn

Welcome to my story of my visit to see my Beautiful Jenn.

This time we decided that we would see each other at the end of November and in to early December, Jenn's birthday is in November and with Christmas just round the corner it would be a late birthday present . / early Christmases present for Jenn.

I got to Atlanta on the 25th of November, Jenn as always was there waiting for me. The first thing I do, when I get off the plane apart from collect my baggage is call Jenn to tell her I have arrived. we even have our own meeting spot now where we always meet every time.

and the first thing we do is give each other a hug and kiss. and we leave the airport together and off on our adventures. I always want to get as far away from the airport as possible when I get there, while I am there I don't like the airport because it makes me think of the fact that my time there is not so long.

This time Jenn had time off work for thanksgiving week so we got to spend all day everyday together, that made us both very happy and we tried to pack as much fun in to every moment as possible.

The first place we visited on our travels was a place both me and my beautiful Jenn love, Dahlonega.
We always visit this place and it has very special meaning for me and Jenn, and we both love the mountains so it's great. If you love Christmas lights its full of them around December 1st on wards, and has a Chick-fil-A which just makes it all the better.
I used to love McDonald's and still do, but over the years, the Chick has slowly but surly overtaken as my favourite fast food place.
When we got to Dahlonega first time on this trip the lights were not up yet, so we spend the first night there and enjoyed the square and looking around all the stores. there is a little glass store just on the corner of Dahlonega square , me and Jenn always visit there and get a lucky bag which has a small glass ornament inside. we must have close to 50 of them now, they are really cool.

Me and Jenn also take time to go visist the cat house while we are together, its a house for cats that dont have a home and can be adopted.

Next stop was at the Dillard house, this is another one of mine and Jenn's favourite places to visit.
It's a quiet place hidden in between the mountains and hills of Georgia.

While the weather was rainy we made the most of the house. there are so many things to do there, but every view is amazing and the food is great, all traditional southern food that they bring to your table all in separate bowls so you can take your pick of what you like.

I looovee the cinnamon jam and bread rolls.

We only stopped at the Dillard house for one night , then we headed out to Jennifer's grandparent's.  for my very first American thanks giving dinner.
This was a very big step in our relationship as I had never met them before and both me and Jennifer were a little nervous.

But I have never been made to feel more welcome, they were so very nice and did everything to make me feel at home there. and the food was so very good.

I even had a taste of Squirrel, it was actually not to bad, tasted like chicken.
But I know I will feel slightly guilty the next time I see a squirrel.

Another new thing I tried this time round, or should I say Jenn talked me in to trying was having a pedicure  on my feet. I had never thought about doing something like this but when Jenn suggested it I thought...why not.

we got to the place, I was sat in a chair and put my feet in a small foot spar, next thing I know the seat is moving and massaging my back. and then the fun began. I am not used to other people touching my feet, so when the lady starts chopping at my toe nails and giving them a polish I'm trying my best not to laugh out loud. I'm not ticklish , it just felt very odd.

A sport both me and my beautiful Jenn are both becoming quite good at is miniature golf, now when I say good, I mean we can actually hit the ball, and most of the rest of it is just luck, or at least it is for my part. and me and Jenn both played a few rounds. in the dark but with UV lights to make things glow which made it all the more fun

.

Me and my Jenn Went to Stone Mountain Park again, using our annual passes that we bought when I was With my Jenn from the time before. I think stone mountain is one of our favourite places to go.

We took the sky lift to the top of the mountain.

The view up there is truly amazing and the air does feel clearer up there.

we wonder around the many attractions at the park
We went to the Campfire restaurant , it has some great food there, and also saw the Polar Express in 4d. we saw shows and bought lots of great stuff there.

We visited a plantation museum at the park also which is very educational and shows just how people would live in the past.

Again it was all to soon that I had to go back to England, the time always goes to fast and I always try not to count the days I have left.
I always think of the john Denver song called Today,

it always reminds me to not think about tomorrow, but instead to enjoy what I have today, so instead of thinking of when I have to go back I think of what i have on that day, the fact that I am with my beautiful Jenn and that we have all the day together.

I love you my beautiful Jenn

Thanks to anybody who reads mine and Jenn's adventures

A day I will never forget

This week has been crazy to say the least, but mainly Saturday evening Sunday morning were one of the craziest ever.

It all started on Saturday night, my mom had cooked us some lamb and vegetables, I had got home from work and we sat and ate them, the meal was great, mom hadn't felt to well most of the day and had decided she would go to bed. I was working from 12pm till 10 pm the next morning, but i was staying up to talk with my beautiful Jenn and watch some TV.

I got to bed at about 3am, and soon after feel to sleep. I can't remember the dream I was having but it was soon interrupted by a buzzing from my phone, I opened my eyes and thought surly that can't be my alarm, I looked at my phone to see it was my mother calling. I answer in my sleepy voice and my mother is asking me to come to her room because she is having chest pains. Straight away Alarm bells ring, I go in to my mothers room to find her laid in bed and not looking so good.

We called 111 which is a medical advice line, and they decided to send out a ambulance to asses the situation first hand. they looked at her chest, monitored her heart rate and blood pressure, everything seems fine, but they insisted she went to hospital just in case they had missed something.

We got to hospital at about 5am, and waited in a area where my mother was assessed buy medics. they decided she would need a xray and her blood taken . but she had been strapped to a monitor again, they said that all her stats were great so now were puzzled as to what had caused the pain in her chest.

so it came time for her blood tests after hours of waiting, the time was now 11oclock we had been at hospital for 6 hours, My mom had slept a lot of it, lucky I had my trusty galaxy s3 to pass the time.

so at eleven my niece Natalie showed up and so me Natalie and my mother waited for the blood results to see what had actually happened. it was about 12pm by this point, now here is where the tale takes a very unexpected turn.

My sister who had not been feeling so good over the last few days had, now taken a turn for the worst also, she had been recently told she had diabetes. she had also come down with a stomach bug. With the combination of the two elements, my sisters blood sugar levels had gone through the roof.  My bother in law had called for a ambulance, and they were trying to get my sister better in the ambulance before they set of for the hospital. they had tried to measure her blood sugar levels. A normal persons blood sugar levels is between 6 to 10, the monitor they use can measure up to 50.. my sisters blood sugar levels were off the chart. they couldn't measure her levels because they were to high

Mean while at the hospital , Mom was still waiting for her results, the nurse had said it wouldn't be to long, but now we had learnt of my sister, and that she was on her way to the accident and emergency ward. which was just a minute walk away from where we was.

So I was now thinking to run round to accident and emergency, My mom decided to call the ward from where we were in the hospital to ask if my sister had been admitted. Mom looked and gave me the nod to say she was at the hospital, I got up and ran to the accident and emergency. I soon found the part where my sister was, I doctor allowed me through the doors. and nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to see.

I walk to the  where my sister was, and turned in through the door, My sister was laid on a bed, and it wasn't the usual "hey bro how are you ?" that my sister always greeted me with.  She was just laid on the bed, very pale in colour and not really responding to my "Hey sis".  her body looked like a shell, but I could still see my sister in her eyes. she started to breath in a way that said she recognised me. but no words came out. she was very weak, and was having a struggle just to move her head. I held my sisters hand and told her it was gonna be ok.

I asked the doctor if she was gonna be ok, they said they would have to move her to intensive care. so I didn't want to leave my sister , but my mother needed me also. so I had to run back to my mother while the nurse and doctor tried to bring my sisters blood sugar down.  and my brother in law and my niece Naomie would soon be there to help with my sister.

So back to mother I went, with news of my sister, My mother as soon as she heard what I had to tell got straight in to a wheel chair and asked me to take her there, he blood results were due any moment, but Mom didn't care about that. I took my mother through to where my sister was. My mother had been a nurse for most of her working career, nearly 40 years. so she knew what to look at. I rolled my mother to the room and up to the side of my sisters bed. My mother was so calm, she took my sisters hand and gave her a kiss on the head and told her not to worry it was going to be ok. My brother in law  Shane and Naomie had now got to the hospital.

we only stayed with my sister a few minutes before we had to go back to find out what had been causing my mothers chest pain which had now gone. We got back to my mothers ward and out came the nurse with the results. The nurse sat down beside my mother and looked at the notes she had with her.  My mother said " ok whats wrong with me" the nurse looked at my mother and said ......"Nothing at all, you have pulled a muscle in your upper chest, most likely from daily activity's"
she then said that my mothers results showed no unusual activity and her blood pressure was spot on , her heart was as good as ever , she was free to go home.

We decided to go see my sister one more time before we headed for home. we went back to my sisters ward and the entire family was there. and I said "Well this is one family outing Ill never forget, but next time lets pick a better place than the hospital please".

me and mom left the hospital, and got back to the house, I set straight off for work with only 5 hours sleep in two days. I did a 7 hour shift and I slept for 11 hours that night.

My Sister is now on the road to recovery and back at her home. She isn't 100 percent better yet , but she is getting a little better every day.

My trip to see my beautiful Jenn august/september 2013

I have been to see my beautiful Jenn again, I got here on august 25, and every day has been so perfect. We have loved seeing each other again and been with each other, and are already talking about my next visit which we are hoping for in November December time.

So what did we get up to this time, Well we have been to see some movies together, and ate popcorn and had icy drinks. and also I managed to spill the popcorn right at the front of the que to get some more butter for the popcorn.
We also went to a house full of cats, I have never seen so many cats in once place at the same time, and they all got along with each other, I have three cats and they don't get along all the time.
We held them and cuddled them, they were all so cute.

we also bought some new shoes , but I haven't put them on yet, I am gonna retire my old pair right before I leave for England.  and the new pair shall see me through till I get back to be with my Jenn again in November, I am very sentimental and I just see it as good luck, kind of like they will keep me safe and comfy while I am away from my Jenn.

We for the first weekend went to the Dillard house, a place surrounded by mountains in Georgia, and very traditional to the southern ways of life.  it was a place where time had stood still, or should I say it had been un interrupted by time, or at least that's what it felt like to me and it was perfect for that reason. My greatest joy there was sitting on the porch in a rocking chair looking at green fields and mountains with my Beautiful Jenn. I could have quite easily stayed in that moment forever, it was perfect. Their food was also traditional, and I tried every item on the table, from grits to cheese bread and even watermelon, it was soo good and if anybody who reads this gets the chance to go there....Take it, you wont be disappointed. I can say I have experienced the true southern hospitality.

we also went to two of the zoo's in that weekend, me and Jenn love animals, and we got to feed them and hold some of them and even hold snakes .
We also visited a place on the highway, and what made it unique is there were goats on the roof, just walking around and sitting down. it was very...odd but good.

while I have been here, I have also been keeping up with my running, Jenn bought me a fitbit flex, its a wrist band that tracks my movements such as , steps taken miles walked or run, it even tracks my sleep, and it has lights on it and for every achievement I hit, a light comes on,,, it even has a silent alarm, I love it and thank you Jenn for getting it for me.

Me and my Jenn decided we would go to a place called medieval times.
It was the first time we had ever been to a place like it. as the name says, everything was set in the medieval times. soon as we went past the gate, people were dressed as maids or as squires and knights in armour.

we waited in the lobby for a while before been allowed in to the main hall, where it was a arena surrounded by different colour tables  and the colour table you sat at was the same colour as the knight that was from your kingdom and the one that you would support. there were six knights, all in competion against each other in different medieval events. ours was the green knight. and he won the tournament.

each one of the foods served were given a different name..
Chicken was Baby Dragon, scallops were Dragon scales and soup was Dragon blood.
it was a great night and me and Jenn had so much fun, I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

for the last weekend of this visit, we decided to go to Stone mountain park, a favourite place for me and my Jenn. and we got a annual pass that allows us to get on most of the rides for free for the year. and with me going back to be with my Jenn in November it will come in useful.

At Stone mountain we went on a duck ride that took us across the lakes of Stone mountain and saw some amazing sites, we also took a ride on the train that goes around the mountain and took a ride on the sky lift to the top of stone mountain. from the top of the mountain , you can see for miles , I could see the city of Atlanta. soon night time came and we went to see the laser show at stone mountain which was lots of fun.

on my last day of the visit , me and my Jenn packed as much fun as possible in to the last few hours as possible.  We played mini golf, saw a 4D movie and went on the Train again , We also visited a plantation , that had once belonged to a family who lived near stone mountain . We really had so much fun.

I can't wait until I go back to be with my Beautiful Jenn in November, it is only 65 days away.
but I will miss my Jenn every second until then..I love you my beautiful Jenn.

Thank you for reading .

Cats do care

I saw one of the most amazing and heart warming things I have ever seen from a cat today.

we are very carful with the cats, especially since Melissa who we miss like crazy.
so when we found a few flea eggs on Sugar, we decided it was time to give her a bath.
she struggled a little , Mom held Sugar while I used the shower head to wash her down.

the next Day it was little polly's Turn. We got ready, I held the Shower head and mom held polly, soon as the water hit polly she went in to a panic,  she was meowing and struggling. I felt so bad, but she needed a wash to get some eggs of her too.

Sugar comes running in to the bathroom after hearing polly meow.
Sugar pulls her self up on the edge of the bath, and Meows at polly, then Sugar reaches her paw to pollys paw , just like she was holding her hand , and meows again, Just like she was saying to polly "try not to worry everything will be ok ".

I had never seen anything like that before from a cat.  It goes to prove that even the smallest of creatures can teach us something. and are capible of love and caring just the same as we are.

I love this speach

I'm sorry, but I don't want to be an Emperor - that's not my business. I don't want to rule or conquer anyone. I should like to help everyone, if possible -- Jew, gentile, black man, white. We all want to help one another; human beings are like that. We want to live by each other's happiness, not by each other's misery. We don't want to hate and despise one another. In this world there's room for everyone and the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful.
But we have lost the way.
Greed has poisoned men's souls, has barricaded the world with hate, has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical, our cleverness hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost.
The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men, cries out for universal brotherhood for the unity of us all. Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world, millions of despairing men, women, and little children, victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people.
To those who can hear me I say, "Do not despair." The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed, the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. The hate of men will pass and dictators die; and the power they took from the people will return to the people and so long as men die, liberty will never perish.
Soldiers: Don't give yourselves to brutes, men who despise you, enslave you, who regiment your lives, tell you what to do, what to think and what to feel; who drill you, diet you, treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder. Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men, machine men, with machine minds and machine hearts! You are not machines! You are not cattle! You are men! You have the love of humanity in your hearts. You don't hate; only the unloved hate, the unloved and the unnatural.
Soldiers: Don't fight for slavery! Fight for liberty! In the seventeenth chapter of Saint Luke it is written, "the kingdom of God is within man" -- not one man, nor a group of men, but in all men, in you, you the people have the power, the power to create machines, the power to create happiness. You the people have the power to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure.
Then, in the name of democracy, let us use that power! Let us all unite!! Let us fight for a new world, a decent world that will give men a chance to work, that will give you the future and old age a security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power, but they lie! They do not fulfill their promise; they never will. Dictators free themselves, but they enslave the people!! Now, let us fight to fulfill that promise!! Let us fight to free the world, to do away with national barriers, to do away with greed, with hate and intolerance. Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men's happiness.

R.I.P Mellisa

Today at round 10:30 Am, I had to make the most difficult desicion Iever.

Poor little Mellisa Had not been well for some time, she had developed a lump on her stomach.
It got worse over the space of time and we had to take her to the vets.

We took her on the wednesday of this week, the vet at the time said that he thought he may be able to remove the lump and asked us to bring mellisa back on the friday, Which we did.

So We drop her at the vets. Me and mom go to the city and have some breakfast.
We are doing some shopping and we get a call. I pass the phone to my mother.

My mom breaks in to tears and passes the phone to me.
I ask the vet what is happening and she told me the bad news.

It was a tumor on her stomach, and that it had grown very deep and that even if they was to try and remove it that the tumor would come back. and the said that they wanted to put her to sleep and needed permisson to do so.

I said I needed a minute to decide , they said I needed to make the desicion very soon as she was asleep under drugs and it would be cruel to wake her up to put her back to sleep again.

I calmed my mother down, and Called back and gave permission for her to be put to sleep.
I have never had to make such a tough call in my life , Mellisa even though is a cat was one of my best friends and part of the family.

I miss her so very much already and I am so sorry to her for making the desicion that I had to make. but it was for the best and she is pain free now.

love you Mellisa

No computer

I had my computer for about two or three years now, and untill a few months ago everything was fine.

I noticed that it was starting to slow down a little so I did the routine stuff...virus scans, defraggin and compressing and deleting files that might slow it down.

but still it was running slow, one day just a few weeks ago after work I turn on my computer and up comes a message saying that the hard drive is about to fail. I try everything I know to fix it but it was a loosing battle , my computer started to freeze almost every few hours and I would have to wait sometimes up to twenty minutes for my computer to start up.

Eventually I took drastic measures, I restored my computer to factory settings, I saved as much as I could to my flashdrive and hit the button and restored to factory settings.

it seemed to do the trick ...or atleast I thought it did.
for about a day it seemed fine. then it started all over again, the slow down and freezing. time was running out. I had no choice , I had to either get a new computer or try to get this one repaired. I really didnt want to be without because my computer is my main way of talking to my Beautiful Jenn.

I decided I would have to send my dying computer in for repairs. and a few small upgrades..Bigger hard drive.

I sent my computer in, and the man said all that he would do and said would take a few days.
I had not been without a computer in years, I felt like a part of me was gone.

I know that there is a lot more to life than a computer screen, I work 40+ hours every week so the actual time I spend on my computer is around three hours a day.  but still felt a bit odd getting home and not having it there to go on.

I have my Galaxy s3 wich is more or less a computer in its self , so atleast I could speak with my Jenn through that. Without my computer to go on I started to wonder what to do in the time I would usually go on it.

in total I was without my computer for a week, but now I have it back and can talk to my Jenn again with ease, and can book my next flight to go see my Jenn on the 25th of august. YAY!!!

One thing I did notice,, or should I say thought about while I was without my computer is Just how dependend people are becoming on technology, and while it is a good thing and can bring people together it is also doing the opposite at the same time and is taking the human part out of social interaction.

My Job   was recently not so sure as we went in to administration for a breif period.  due to alot of elements but one key element is online markets. and its not just my company that has been effected, but so many jobs have been lost due to people not going in to a store on the high street anymore but instead purchasing goods online.

This in a way worries me because years from now it could be even worse...people wont go out anymore, the streets will be empty and there will be no markets or stores, all you will see is truks or vans delivering goods to houses that people have orderd ONLINE.  and people will just talk to eachother on their computers.

I know that is a very extream case and I doubt...no I hope it will never get as bad as that.
My mom says that she will not shop online because she likes to go to a store and feel and smell the freshness of the food and items she is buying. She is 64 and part of the older generation, but the newer generation is very dependant on the tech of today and while it is a amazing thing it could be a double edge sword and society must be carful how it is used or it could do more damage than good.

Rant over
Just something for us all to think about I guess.

Thank you for reading

Me and Jenn April 2013

I have been with my beautiful Jenn since April 21st this time round and have only just been able to get to my computer for long enough to write about it.

I love to fly, but one major problem I have is I can never sleep, I close my eyes and can just never seem to drift off, I have tried every time. I even bought my self a big pillow this time.

It still didn't work.

But how can I sleep when I would miss some of the views.

I love every second I am here with my Jenn.
We have already done so much this time round .
and I have lots of pictures of all the great time we have spent together and all the foods we have tried. me and Jenn love to try new foods, and are always looking for our next great adventure.

We also love some of the same things we always do.
We always go and visit Dahlonega. we both love that place and I always say I would love to retire there.
If you have never been there and love those quiet little old towns I would highly recommend it, it has not changed much over the years that me and Jenn have been going there and according to history it hasn't changed much since it was first built.
while Jenn has been at work I have been taking my run, I always try to push my self a little further each time, I have set my best mile time of 7 minutes and 21 seconds here. mainly up hill so I am quite happy with that, I have always tried to go for distance but lately have wanted to work a little on my speed. I believe I can go faster but dont want to push it to much at a time. I am running on average 5 miles a day. If I try for speed on my first mile I am more tired on the last few miles. so I got to try and work the speed up slowly.

Me and my Jenn also love to go see movies together. we saw the movie called   42   the other day, its a great movie. we also saw the Croods and Big wedding.

We visited the Mall of Georgia, that place is so big, I could easy spend a day in there and not be board.

We are already trying to work for July for my next visit when we are hoping to take part in the peach tree run in Atlanta. Jenn has done the run before, and she says its about 7 miles long. When I am in England I run about 3 miles a day, my longest run is about 10 miles. I am very confident that I can do the run and all been well me and Jenn will cross the line together in July.

While I have been here this time round I have been a little adventurous when it comes to food, I am usually quite play it safe and stick to the foods I know I like when I eat, but I am branching out and trying foods I would normally never look at .

I have tried buffalo wings , and I have tried a soup, I cant remember the name of it but Jenn said it's a Georgia thing, and if you eat this soup on new years day it will bring you fortune for the year ahead.

Each time I visit, me and Jenn try to plan a day where we both do something special.
This time we decided to go visit the world of Coca cola Atlanta.
We had talked about going there so many times but had actually never been . and with it been my last day we thought it was the ideal opportunity.

Every thing you could think of to do with Coca cola was there, including a volt with the recipe  for the drink. a room where it was a full 360 view TV and lots of information about how the drink was made.  I had no Idea it was a doctor who invented it as a medicine.

and there was a taste room that had all the flavors from around the world, and I tried every one of them, some were soo good, some not so good but I tried them all. I felt so bloated after and even had a little bit of a sugar rush. we looked around the official Coca cola store and bought each other gifts.

After the world of Coca Cola we found a cafe where I had a  Philly cheese stake sandwich.
it was so good, I had one before , I wonder which way would be the proper way to have one, I have had the steak in chunks before and as a mince, so I may have to look in to that.

and for  the last hour before I had to go , me and Jenn walked around the Olympic park near the world of Coca Cola . there was a fair on in the park, with lots of different stores there and fun things to do.

Me and Jenn bought some cool stuff and tested our zombie killing skills on a shooting range.
before we knew it, time was up and I had to go, I always hate that point, its the one time i dread in all the time I am there.

time always goes so very fast, its like watching a hour glass , you know that last grain of sand will soon drop through the hole and all you can do is watch it fall. but the good thing is that you can turn it over and start it again.

I love My beautiful Jenn more than anything every day

I will be back with my beautiful Jenn soon and we will be having lots more fun and adventures .

Thank you so much to those of you who read this.

Strange but true.

Well hello every body and I have decided after so long that i have finally found a story worth writing about.

This may be one of the oddest story's I have ever told and it is completely true. but even now when I tell people of this story they look at me in disbelief and shock.

Well here goes.

before I go to work I always get a sandwich to eat. I have a different one every day , sometimes its a bacon sausage and tomato, other times its a roast pork sandwich.

This day, I decided to have a hot roast pork sandwich with apple sauce and crackling, it was so yummi.

While I was eating the sandwich a peace of crackling stabbed me in the inside of my gum , it hurt alot, but I just kept on chewing and finished my sandwich. the day went past as normal.

a few days later I notice a small ridged object on the inside of  my gum, right where I had cut it with the crackling from the sandwich, I could feel it with my tongue  and when I rubbed my finger against it, the object was very sharp, the first thing I thought was that the object was a piece of the crackling from the sandwich that had become lodged in my gum, so I tried to pull on it, what ever it was it was not budging .

I finally got to a mirror and looked as best I could. When I looked it was a small white line in my gum, and around the area was red and inflamed.

what ever it was , it was actually stabbing in to my tongue. and was not so much painful but irritating.
after a few days had gone by, I was at work and I was eating a winegum. suddenly I feel a sharp pain right where this thing is, I feel with my tongue and I feel the object come loose and fall on to my tongue, I spit it in to my hand,

It is a bone, yeah you read it right it was a bone from my inner gum, if you feel with your tongue on the inside of your mouth near the back  there is a small little ridge near the back , just below the teeth,
the crackle from the sandwich had cut my gum and exposed the bone and it fell out a few days later,

Strange.......
