Not me! Monday

This blog carnival was created by Mckmama
You can head over to her blog an find out what she and everybody els has not been doing this week.
Not me Monday was introduced to me by my beautiful Jenn who does some of the greatest blogs around.

Welcome to my not me Monday for this week.
Well my life is simple at best and when something like snow comes along well that kinda makes it all comlpicated.

I did not nearly fall on my ass on a average of 5 times a day for about 4 days.

And I did not get in to a snow ball fight with three 8 year olds that would just be immature and I can rise above stuff like that.

There is no way I would never throw the first snowball.

I would never say there is no dirty laundry in my room when my mother asked and I knew full well there were socks in there from last week.

when a customer asked how much we were selling popcorn for, I did not tell them each bag was 50 pounds or they can get 2 for 2 pounds just so they would buy 2 and I would hit my sales target.

I also did not get pinned to the sofa by all five cats. and couldn't be bothered to move so just let them lay on me.

I did not get a stone in my shoe and take my shoe off then lose balance and step straight in the snow with my nice clean dry sock. no no no no.

And I did not make a squelching sound all the way to work that could be heard at least 15 yards away and even mad a old man laugh at me.

oh yeah and there is no way I nearly forgot to write the not me Monday that would just be naughty.

Well that's my not me Monday for this week.

Thank you for reading and I invite you to take part in Tribute Tuesday. a chance to say thank you to someone who makes your life a great life

That was funny, Wayne. The dirty socks thing was gross! You'd better not be leaving dirty socks around our house.

PS: Do you remember that time I found the dirty socks? Ewww!

You're a kid at heart, starting that snowball fight.
And I always hate to bother my cat when she's lounging on me. Darn cat rules the house.

I'm working on my Tuesday Tribute.

Great NMM's Wayne. I agree that you sound like a kid at heart. My husband is like a big kid too. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Every kid needs a snowball or two thrown at them. It builds character! Good for you! Happy Monday!

sounds like fun, those snow ball fights, except for the part where it has to be cold enough for snow or for it to stick around. that is why i left wisconsin!
good post!

First off, I did not think, It is not Monday, Wayne is off a day, when I saw your post early last night, forgetting you live half way across the world from me and ARE a day off from me. Well, half a day. I also totally agree with everyone else, every kid needs an "old" person to throw snow balls at them every time it snows. Just know they call you "old" and would never admit if you beat them. Great post.

Those are great; now think... if you hadn't lied about the socks, you might have had a clean pair to change into after you stepped in the snow with yours.... but no! haha. Oh and it's much easier to just take the abuse of the cat cuddling you, then disrupt them (and warmer too).

Thanks for inviting me to the Tribute. I'm in for sure!

Haha, what a child you are! Picking snowball fights!!!!

How come you didn't just take off your sock, surely you made the whole of the inside your shoe wet?! Thats totally something I would have done [the foot in the snow that is!]

Happy Monday =]

It sounds like snow can be more trouble than its worth, but a snowball fight sounds fun!

Great Not Me Monday post as usual!

Great post. Wish I had snow to go with the cold weather.

What's that?!

We've had NONE since! We were supposed to have LOADS tonight but I doubt it'll happen, its been pouring down all day. Probably too soggy now for snow :(
